Ingredients:

  • Boiled Eggs (2)

    • Or other desired choice of protein

      • Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp, etc.

  • Cucumbers (1)

  • Cherry Tomatoes (10)

  • Avocados (1/2)

  • Red Kidney Beans (100g)

  • Sweet Corn (4 tbsps)

  • Shredded Carrots (1)

  • Spring Mix Leafy Greens (100g)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp)

  • Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)

  • Lime (1/2)

  • Salt (1/2 tsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • Mint (4 leaves)

  • Walnuts (5)

  • Blueberries (10)

  • Strawberries (4)

  • Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp)

  • Pumpkin Seeds (1 tsp)

  • Hemp Seeds (1 tsp)

  • Chia Seeds (1 tsp)

 

Instructions:

  • Place the spring mix leafy greens as the base of the bowl.

 

Instructions:

  • Place the sliced veggies/fruits in rows along the base of the bowl (colour co-ordinate if desired)

  • Garnish the sides of the bowl with additionally leafy greens, mint, and nuts.

  • Place your desired choice of protein.

  • Drizzle extra virgin olive oil.

 

Salade Algérienne completed!

Ready to be served – sprinkle with hemp seeds, chia seeds, and sesame. Refrigerate for 3 days.
