Chicken, Salmon, Shrimp, etc.
Cucumbers (1)
Cherry Tomatoes (10)
Avocados (1/2)
Red Kidney Beans (100g)
Sweet Corn (4 tbsps)
Shredded Carrots (1)
Spring Mix Leafy Greens (100g)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp)
Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
Lime (1/2)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ingredients:
Mint (4 leaves)
Walnuts (5)
Blueberries (10)
Strawberries (4)
Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp)
Pumpkin Seeds (1 tsp)
Hemp Seeds (1 tsp)
Chia Seeds (1 tsp)
Instructions:
Place the spring mix leafy greens as the base of the bowl.
Instructions:
Place the sliced veggies/fruits in rows along the base of the bowl (colour co-ordinate if desired)
Garnish the sides of the bowl with additionally leafy greens, mint, and nuts.
Place your desired choice of protein.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil.
Salade Algérienne completed!
Ready to be served – sprinkle with hemp seeds, chia seeds, and sesame. Refrigerate for 3 days.
