Broccoli Bruschetta

Ingredients:

  • Avocado (2)

  • Broccoli (1 cup)

  • Pistachios (100g)

  • Chia Seeds (1 tbsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • Sourdough Bread (4 slices)

  • Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

  • Tahini (1 tbsp)

  • Oregano (1 tsp)

 

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the broccoli in boiling water on the stove’s High heat setting for 1 minute.

  2. Immediately put broccoli in iced water for 2 minutes to stay bright green.

  3. Chop broccoli into fine pieces.

 

Instructions:

  1. Put avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini into mixer.

  2. Mix until desired consistency.

  3. Place avocado into bowl with chopped pistachios, broccoli, chia seeds, and oregano.

 

Instructions:

  1. Toast sourdough bread with olive oil on pan.

  2. Serve bread with avocado broccoli mixture.

 

Broccoli Bruschetta completed!

Ready to be served – if you want, add pistachios as a garnish.
