Avocado (2)
Broccoli (1 cup)
Pistachios (100g)
Chia Seeds (1 tbsp)
Ingredients:
Sourdough Bread (4 slices)
Lemon Juice (1 tbsp)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Tahini (1 tbsp)
Oregano (1 tsp)
Instructions:
Blanch the broccoli in boiling water on the stove’s High heat setting for 1 minute.
Immediately put broccoli in iced water for 2 minutes to stay bright green.
Chop broccoli into fine pieces.
Instructions:
Put avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini into mixer.
Mix until desired consistency.
Place avocado into bowl with chopped pistachios, broccoli, chia seeds, and oregano.
Instructions:
Toast sourdough bread with olive oil on pan.
Serve bread with avocado broccoli mixture.
Broccoli Bruschetta completed!
Ready to be served – if you want, add pistachios as a garnish.
