Instructions:

Place all the ingredients into a pot and add water.

Boil the pot on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes with the lid half covering the pot.

Reduce the stove’s heat setting to Low to let it simmer for 30 minutes.

Mix it for 1 minute until the soup has a smooth consistency and no chunks.

Pour the mixture into your storage container of choice and let it cool down for 5 minutes before serving.

For leftovers, you can keep the soup in the fridge for 3 days or 3 months in the freezer.
