Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Avocado (1)
Sliced Carrots (1)
Chia Seeds (2 tsp)
Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
Mixed Spice (1 tsp)
Ingredients:
Wild Caught Salmon (2)
Broccoli (1 cup)
Instructions:
Brush pan with olive oil.
Marinate the salmon with mixed spice, chia seeds, and sesame seeds.
Pan sear the salmon with the skin-side down in the stove’s High heat setting for 4 minutes.
Flip the salmon to cook on the other side for 2 minutes.
Flip the salmon again to crisp the skin-side on the stove’s Medium heat setting for 2 minutes.
Instructions:
Blanch the carrots and broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute.
Sauté the carrots and broccoli in olive oil with herbs on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.
Instructions:
Slice the avocado into 4 slices.
Squeeze lemon on top of the avocados to keep it fresh.
Salmon Plaki completed!
Ready to be served – sprinkle sesame seeds for a garnish.
