Salmon Plaki

Ingredients:

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

  • Avocado (1)

  • Sliced Carrots (1)

  • Chia Seeds (2 tsp)

  • Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)

  • Mixed Spice (1 tsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • Wild Caught Salmon (2)

  • Broccoli (1 cup)

 

Instructions:

  1. Brush pan with olive oil.

  2. Marinate the salmon with mixed spice, chia seeds, and sesame seeds.

  3. Pan sear the salmon with the skin-side down in the stove’s High heat setting for 4 minutes.

  4. Flip the salmon to cook on the other side for 2 minutes.

  5. Flip the salmon again to crisp the skin-side on the stove’s Medium heat setting for 2 minutes.

 

Instructions:

  1. Blanch the carrots and broccoli in boiling water for 1 minute.

  2. Sauté the carrots and broccoli in olive oil with herbs on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.

 

Instructions:

  1. Slice the avocado into 4 slices.

  2. Squeeze lemon on top of the avocados to keep it fresh.

 

Salmon Plaki completed!

Ready to be served – sprinkle sesame seeds for a garnish.
