Ingredients:

  • Spring Mix Greens (100g)

 

Ingredients:

  • Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)

  • Walnuts (5)

  • Pumpkin Seeds (1 tbsp)

  • Almonds (1 tbsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • Orange Zest (2 tbsp)

  • Fresh Orange Juice (1 tbsp)

  • Honey (1 tsp)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

  • Balsamic Vinegar (1 tsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • Quinoa (1 tbsp)

  • Golden Raisins (1 tbsp)

  • Dehydrated Orange Slices

  • Orange Peels

 

Ingredients:

  • Pink Himalayan Salt (1/2 tsp)

  • Oregano (1 tsp)

  • Orange Zest Sauce

    • olive oil, orange juice, zest, honey, balsamic vinegar

 

Instructions:

  • Place and mix all ingredients in a salad bowl.

  • Garnish with walnuts and dehydrated orange slices/peels.

 

Salade d'Orange et Noix completed!

Ready to be served – Drizzle orange zest sauce. To be refrigerated for 2 days.
