Ingredients:

  • Carrots (3)

  • Onions (1)

  • Zucchini (3)

  • Potatoes (1)

  • Ginger (1 tsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • Vermicelli (2 tbsp)

  • Corn Oil (1 tbsp)

  • Turmeric (1 tsp)

  • Oregano (1 tsp)

  • Pepper (1/2 tsp)

  • Salt (1 tsp)

 

Instructions:

  • Dice all the vegetables finely and place into large pot.

  • Pour olive oil.

  • Stir the vegetables on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.

 

Instructions:

  • Add water (1.5L) into the pot.

  • Boil the mixture on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.

  • Simmer the mixture on the stove’s Low heat setting for 15 minutes.

Ready to be served – it can be refrigerated for 5 days.
