Shorbat Khodra
Ingredients:
Carrots (3)
Onions (1)
Zucchini (3)
Potatoes (1)
Ginger (1 tsp)
Ingredients:
Vermicelli (2 tbsp)
Corn Oil (1 tbsp)
Turmeric (1 tsp)
Oregano (1 tsp)
Pepper (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Instructions:
Dice all the vegetables finely and place into large pot.
Pour olive oil.
Stir the vegetables on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.
Instructions:
Add water (1.5L) into the pot.
Boil the mixture on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.
Simmer the mixture on the stove’s Low heat setting for 15 minutes.
Shorbat Khodra completed!
Ready to be served – it can be refrigerated for 5 days.
