Ingredients:

  • Chia Seeds

  • Yogurt

  • Raspberry

  • Walnuts

  • Honey

Ingredients:

  • Almonds

  • Sesame Seeds

  • Dark Chocolate

    • optional: use chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  • Place the yogurt in the bowl.

  • Gently crush the raspberries with your fingers to create a caviar texture.

  • Line the middle of the yogurt with the “raspberry caviar”.

Instructions:

  • Place crushed walnuts and almonds.

  • Sprinkle chia seeds and sesame seeds.

  • Add dark chocolate shavings.

Ready to be served – drizzle with honey for additional sweetness.
