Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)
Plain Yogurt (1 tbsp)

Instructions:
Blanche swiss chard leaves in boiling water for 30 seconds.
Immediately place swiss chard leaves into cold water for 1 minute to maintain their bright green colour.
Gently place the leaves on a flat surface to prepare for stuffing.
Instructions:
Boil the swiss chard stems in the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.
Immediately place swiss chard leaves into cold water for 2 minutes to maintain their crunchiness.
Instructions:
Place the ground beef, sushi rice, quinoa, cooked onion, pine nuts, and turmeric in a bowl.
Mix this stuffing for the swiss chard leaves.
Instructions:
Place the stuffing into each swiss chard leaf.
Roll it like a cigar.
Not too tight
Instructions:
Place the rolled swiss chard leaves into a pot.
Cover the rolls with the water (2 cups) on top of it.
Boil them on the stove’s High setting for 1 minute.
Simmer on the stove’s Low setting for 30 minutes.

Pour the tahini sauce, yogurt, lime juice, and sesame seeds.
Mix it well until smooth consistency.
Instructions:
Dice the swiss chard stems.
Mix the stems and the tahini sauce mixture with a food processor for 30 seconds.
Pour the sauce into a bowl.
