Ingredients:
Tomato Sauce (3 tbsp)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Oregano (1 tsp)
Pepper (1 tsp)
Instructions:
Slice the eggplants.
Chop the onion, peppers, and tomato finely.
Instructions:
Drizzle the eggplant slices with olive oil.
Cook on the Air Fry setting at 390°F (198°C) for 10 minutes.
Settings will vary per air fryer, adjust accordingly
If you don’t have an air fryer, put it in the oven at 350°F (176°C) for 30 minutes.
Instructions:
Mix the diced onion, peppers, and tomato with olive oil.
Cook the vegetables on the stove’s High heat setting for 5 minutes.
Instructions:
Place the eggplant slices in a baking pan with the mixed vegetable salsa on top.
Cook it in the oven at 350°F (176°C) for 20 minutes.
Egyptian Moussaka completed!
