Green Onions (1/4 cup)
Cilantro (1 bunch)
Ginger (1 tbsp)
Instructions:
Peel the shrimp.
Instructions:
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil (1 tbsp) and allspice on the shrimp.
Cook on the stove’s High heat setting for 5 minutes.
Instructions:
Add the red peppers, green onions, cilantro, ginger, honey, and cashews.
Cook on the stove’s High heat setting for 2 minutes.
Instructions:
Add basmati rice into a pot with water (1 cup), extra virgin olive oil, and salt.
Cook on the stove’s High heat setting for 1 minute.
Reduce cooking to the stove’s Low heat setting for 15 minutes.
Instructions:
Place the rice in a bowl, pack it tightly, and flip onto a plate to get a circular shape.
Arroz Con Camarones completed!
