Instructions:
Dice the red pepper, pickles, and mint finely.

Add the finely diced red pepper, pickles, and mint.
Add the tuna into the sauce and mix.

Drizzle olive oil on the crustless toast.
Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the toast.
