  • Crustless Toast (2)

  • Mint (3 leaves)

 

Ingredients:

  • Canned Wild Tuna (1/4 cup)

    • with olive oil

  • Red Pepper (1/4)

  • Lemon (1)

  • Pickles (2)

 

Ingredients:

  • Mustard (1 tsp)

  • Walnuts (4)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

  • Yogurt (1 tbsp)

 

Instructions:

  • Dice the red pepper, pickles, and mint finely.

 

Instructions:

  • Mix the mustard, yogurt, and lemon juice.

  • Add the finely diced red pepper, pickles, and mint.

  • Add the tuna into the sauce and mix.

 

Instructions:

  • Drizzle olive oil on the crustless toast.

  • Spread the tuna mixture evenly on the toast.

 

Instructions:

  • Shape the toast by cutting it into triangles and place an olive for a salty garnish.
