Ingredients:

  • Wild Caught Peeled Shrimp (1 lb)

  • Lemon (1)

  • Oregano (1 tsp)

  • Tomato Sauce (1 tbsp)

  • Chives (1 tsp)

  • Pink Himalayan Salt (1 tsp)

 

Ingredients:

  • Asparagus (1 bunch)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (1 tbsp)

  • Honey (1 tsp)

  • Roasted Sesame Seeds (1 tsp)

 

Instructions:

  • Marinate the shrimp with oregano, chives, and salt.

  • Squeeze a lemon (1 tbsp) on it.

 

Instructions:

  • Drizzle olive oil on a pan and cook the shrimp on the stove’s High heat setting for 10 minutes until golden.

 

Instructions:

  • Drizzle olive oil on a pan and cook the asparagus on the stove’s High heat setting for 5 minutes.

  • Sprinkle oregano, chives, and salt.

  • Squeeze a lemon (3 drops) on it.

 

Shrimp Scampi completed!

Ready to be served – drizzle honey and sprinkle sesame seeds for a final touch. For storage, refrigerate for 2 days.
